What Are The Options?

With a Biomass system, Ideal Home Group can offer two options for commerical building applications.

• The first is your full ownership of the Biomass system. You purchase the boiler, installation and we set up an operations and maitenance contract to maintain the system for you. This requires an initial investment for the Biomass system, but with the index-linked Renewable Heat Incentive payments for 20 years, a typical payback period of 5-10 years makes the initial investment very attractive! You would then purchase your own Biomass fuel as and when required.

• The second option is a full service offering from the Ideal Home Group. There is no initial outlay by you as we supply all of the equipment required to install a Biomass system. As your Enery Services Company (ESCo) we would initiate an Energy Services Agreement providing Biomass fuel with costs up to 33% less than current fuel, as an example in comparison to purchasing oil:
